The offer of our services is directed in such a way that the residents can concentrate on studying. With that aim, at Villacesmar residence, we pay special attention to render all the services in the best way which is possible.

Our staff is very devoted to its duty because we have very good professionals. Therefore, our residents usually come back and they are our best business card.

We also offer special flats for veteran students, keeping the same services that we offer at our residence.
